In a large bowl add

–  4-5 Cups Arugula and 4-5 Cups chopped Romaine
 (Organic Please!)

– 1 Can Drained Corn
 (good) or 2 ears cooked Corn on the Cob (better) Roasted Corn on  the Cob (Best!!) cut kernels off husks cool before adding

– 1 Can Drained and Rinsed Black Beans
 or Homemade!

– 1 Cup Shredded Carrot

– 1 Tomato Chopped

– 1 Red Pepper Chopped

– 1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

Toss Well

Cilantro Honey Lime Vinaigrette:

To the blender add:

– 1 Small Jalapeno Finely Chopped

– 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic

– 1/2 Teaspoon Finely Grated Fresh Ginger

– Juice of 1 Lime

– 1/3 Cup Honey (Raw is Best!)

– 2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar

– 1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

– 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro

– 4 Drops Lime Vitality Essential Oil

– 3 Drops Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil

Start blender on low, slowly pour in 1/2 Cup Grape Seed Oil, blend until Cilantro is finely chopped. Generously pour over salad and toss well!
